I would suggest on that day, praying for a multitude of people and causes. Pray on a very personal basis dedicating a separate prayer for each person / cause. Spend a few hours reading and studing the Bible. Spend a few hours walking to various places alone, just to talk with God and enjoy his lovely creations. Plan a route. I don't think fasting from water is good though; you will need to keep hydrated. Also, don't pride yourself on your fast. It is meant to be done between you and God only. I hope these words help.
