On Matters of Law and the enemies

Haven't started a thread in quite awhile.

Let's suppose that The Word of God is Perfect. One might think that so, being from God and all.

And His Word was sown into our earthly environment, starting on the first day, with the Blessings of God upon Adam, the first man.

The question then becomes, was that the only seeder? We certainly see the sowing of the wicked seed of the serpent, also from the beginning.

Neither of these 'seeds' are contained only in black on white. They, both seedings are spiritual measures, good and bad. Were the sowings of God to Perfect, then that would have instantly transpired with Adam, but God also chose to subject Adam to the seed of the wicked one. Were that not so, there would have been no wicked one to sow such seed.

Jesus taught us this about where good seed is sown:

Matt. 13:
24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

[Jesus, The Word is the Son of Man who made such good seed sowing, from the beginning in the Garden and in Every Word of God since that is recorded in the text.]

25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

This sleeping was also shown in Adam. God 'caused' a sleep to come upon even Adam. Though God sowed GOOD WORD upon Adam, the enemy of both God and Adam surely sowed as well. That enemy is not one we are going to be 'seeing' with flesh eyes.

Evil as Jesus told us comes from within. So it is 'within' that the enemy sows also his seed, his evil intentions. Side by side with the good intentions.

This is in effect what the Law is all about. The sowing of Good Seed, and the sowing of the enemy, both 'within.' The fact of that sowing, this two seed measure, one from above and to good, and one from the evil one and his 'family' within.

The Law itself prompts and urges an instant and immediate response by the enemy ALSO immediately sowing, particularly in the SLEEPERS, as Jesus taught us again here:

Mark 4:15
And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

This matter is taught by 3 Messengers and 3 Measures in the Gospels. Matthew, Mark and Luke. They are all the same message in these matters, each adding strokes of the Holy Spirit. A believer reading these accounts will come to accord that all 3 speak identically as to principle, but the information is PURPOSEFULLY different, to give rise to the exposure of the EVIL sower, who will twist these particular facts beyond measures.

So, let's say that God sowed A LAW.

That LAW says DO NOT STEAL.

What then happens?

That's right. The enemy comes IMMEDIATELY and what then springs up but A THIEF? Led by the EVIL ONE into SLAVERY and to be against THE LAW that God sowed.

This is the activity of the enemy in the world. It starts within, and extends via sin into the outside world in all matters of THEFT. But the origin and intent began within and began because of the real thief in operations.

Look around you and as a believer you can take almost any LAW of God of the Old Testament and the results are lawlessness all around us, even within ourselves. We all in fact have sinned and do sin.

Believers in Truth will not and can not say they have no sin and be in Truth because they are SUPPOSED to understand how these matters 'really' and I mean 'really' work presently in this wicked world. We know for example that the whole world lies in wickedness, but do we really understand 'how that happens?'

Those who blame other flesh men who are controlled by evil sowings have no clue what they are talking about when it comes to GOOD SEED and seed of the evil one which are also planted. Particularly when we deny these facts to be applicable to ourselves.

Blind and sleeping such are.

Do you see that thief? Do you see that robber? No. You only see his results.

And God is not mocked. If a man looses control of this battle, they are a SLAVE of darkness and the evil one who has also sown in them.

All of us have had the evil seed sown in us, so it is quite pointless to point to the evil seed in any other believer. Quite utterly futile in all such exercises of TRUTH.

Truth is, we have our own problems to deal with, each of us. Christianity is not about the problems about the other believers, but of our own.

To those where the blade of honesty and truth springs up, what is then seen by them? Right here, they will see the TARE not in the other guys ground, but in their own ground, growing right next to them.

26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

This measure is the measure of the Spirit of truth, basic honesty. When we see our own SIN, that which the enemy has sown, we see TRUTHfully and the Spirit in such will speak 'honestly' as it is a Divine Gift from above.

Simple HONESTY. The simplest gift to receive of THE SPIRIT and this good seed is shown in those who speak 'honestly.' You will find Paul for example speaking boatloads of HONESTY unto himself, personally applied on this measure for himself. He made no attempts whatsoever to paint himself only with the ROSY SIDE of the measures of scriptures. He shows us all how these things actually work in real life, real time, now, today. Just as they have worked from the beginning.

27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

Did The Master then command His servants to go pluck out the TARES?

No! He advises us clearly:

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

This is not about you as the wheat and the other 'sinner' as the tare.

It is about BOTH seeds growing in your OWN GROUND.

Tend to these matters in your OWN GROUND with the RIGHT HAND that Jesus has delivered for you to TEND YOUR GARDEN with, Adam.

And yes, God has said that thorns will therein GROW also.

Excellent Thread, explained perfectly.

But, until we come to see that the Word, the Kingdom, The Lord, Heaven, and earth, the man of sin, the son of perishing,...etc. are "All" within, and not out there somewhere, we are really missing the message. Not to mention, The working that is going on in us, in Him, in us. And yes, I meant to write it that way.

Amen, ONLY seeing through His eyes can this "adjustment" be made.

Believers do not often see that when they seek to burn another believer alive forever in fire, a flaming messenger has actually taken up a habitation within them, even one sent by God Himself to try them.

1 Cor 15:56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

There will be no blessings on the evil side of these equations frogster. That is always where you and I part company.

yeah, we got an enemy, but what we look at obsorbs our attention, lets stop starring at the devil.

When I 'was' an RCC member, almost every service the denouncing of the works of the tempter in all his ways was recited.

It goes kinda like this:

"WE RENOUNCE THE DEVIL AND ALL HIS WORKS AND ALL HIS WAYS."

In most catechism's there is similar vowing.

Do you renounce the devil?

A: Yes, I renounce him.

Do you renounce his ways?

A: Yes, I renounce his ways.

Do you renounce his works?

A: Yes, I renounce his works.

etc etc etc.

Probably the only shortcoming is seeing the fact that the operations of the tempter are in fact within all of us. That is where most understandings will stick in the craw, as usual. We are not taught that his matter is quite that close to home.

I just happen to bring that working a little closer to home than most like to hear or to deal with, and that from the 'examples' the Apostles themselves gave as their own measures. I do so much prefer their statements of fact.

Ugly, but oh so very true nonetheless. You will not hear this in too many assemblies. It is 'offensive.'
