Prayer partner needed

I am a lady that loves God. I want to grow in His love more and more and reach the potentials My God wants for me, His infinite love for me and all His children is what keeps bringing me back so I know I wouldnt do it without Him. My prayer life has taken a hit lately and I feel distant from the love of our Father Jehovah and I would like to renew my relationship with Him. Am expecting (10 weeks) and I want more than ever to have a relationship with God now for the sake of my family and mostly my unborn child. With a prayer partner I feel I will have the encouragement as I give too.

Recently (memorial day weekend) I buried my Mother In law of Lung Cancer. What makes this hard to take is the fact she lived with me for 8 years..

I know I'm supposed to rejoice because she is in Heaven with Jesus.. I feel like I have lost my best friend..

During these past 8 years she lived with me and my husband we grew a strong bond that at one point Satan tried to destroy..

Pray for me and my husband during this adjustment of this empty room in our home and broken heart. We can use the prayer..

I can understand your feeling of lose. Death isn't something that one can get accustomed to no mater how much preparation is done especially after a long term sickness. So mourning in my opinion is healthy and is a part of healing from the heart ache of losing a loved one and like the bible says there is a time for everything ( Ecclesiastes 3 ) its not easy but you go through it and there is a morning to every dark night no matter how long it may seem. Praying and comforting each other at this time as a family would be a huge help, remembering her fondly the things she loved and what made her a sweetheart makes her memory help in healing ( I know this are all thing that you are aware about, but sometimes we need to hear this words of encouragement to keep on keeping on) your mother in law was a lovely woman and will be dearly missed and yes she is in a better place, no more sickness no more pain and definetly no more death she is at peace and in the embrace of of our loving Father and the one part I like is that you said that ' satan tried at one point to destroy your relationship with her ' .... That's so heart warming that you got to know and love her for the wonderful woman she was and that you can go through life knowing that you made a difference in a her life and she in yours and shame on the devil for trying to destroy that.

My prayers go out to you and your Family at this difficult time, may the comfort and warmth that comes from above dwell on your home. May the strength to go through this time be renewed with every day, some days may seem harder than some but it's a process that our loving Father knows and will take you and your family through, He holds your hand when all seems far away, His love goes beyond death and pain, God will not take you through what He knows you can not handle you are a strong woman and that is what you should remind yourself only Devine strength from heaven can give true and pure comfort and that's why we pray today that God - Jehovah the creator of all, so great and infinite yet so loving and gentle to be your family's support at this time. In the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour we pray amen.

Thank you so much. God has done many miracles in my life. I know he will get me past this heartache..
I am a heart patient born in 1972 with a heart defect called aortic stenosis.. I had my first open heart surgery in 1972 where the doctor repaired my valve while I was being kept alive on a heart lung machine.. As it turns out my valve started to fail me in summer 2003 and I was rushed over to the heart team in Houston.. They put in a brand new metallic valve I'm on Coumadin which is a blood thinner for life but God saw it fit for me to live on..

This is just one of my testimonies.. When I was having a heart issue in church service before I was taken to Houston all the sudden I felt warmth all over my chest it was an awesome feeling.. As I was laid out under God,s spirit I felt he was there pro-longing my time he has something for me AMEN.. The pastor laid hands on me I spoke in TOUNGES as I felt God moving thru my heart..

Isn't GOD GOOD..

After heart surgery I was not remembering anybody.. My memory was gone.. My husband called my pastor and he prayed the entire time to Houston when he walked in ICU I said, "hi pastor Gerald".. It amazes me what God has done in my life so I believe he is right there with me in my sadness missing my mother in law and I won't stop reaching for him..
