Right, which is why you need a license/permit.

There is nothing funny about Nitrous oxide.
Kids drop dead from this every once in a while.

A few years ago, they found 3 dead teens in the cab of a pickup truck in my hometown. They had gotten a hold of a cannister of nitrous oxide and driven up to the hills. They rolled up the windows and opebned the valve of the cannister - and died.

How's that for laughs?

This is why nitrous needs to be regulated.
