Ugh, I messed up with work today. I sent an e-mail about a sale I was having to many clients, but I used CC, instead of BCC, so everyone could see the e-mail addresses and names of everyone who received the e-mail. I'm my own boss so I can't get fired but it's a dumb mistake and I'm already getting admonished for it. Please pray that none of my customers get overly offended because of this, and that no one abuses or really notices the other people's e-mail addresses.
Hi, is there something you could do, you know above and beyond, to compensate your valued clients? I dunno, maybe gift them some way? Surely, a profuse and most sincere apology is in order. I feel for you... I was an office worker for many years. On one temp assignment, I did a mass mailing to people. Each envelope was to have inserted a cover letter along with a check payable to the addressee. But wouldn't you know... you guessed it! I sent and mailed the cover letter sure enough, but forgot to enclose the checks! And I'd rather not go into detail in terms of the repercussions this caused on what turned out to be a very short-lived temp assignment! While at the time I was mortified, I can now look back and laugh... it was an honest and correctable mistake, as is yours. I truly hope and pray that your customers understand that. Blessings!

Praying for a good outcome. I did the exact same thing with over a 1000 customers. Only one got really upset. I gave the sincerest apology to my boss and all was well afterwards. I pray your works out too, I know you are freaked out about it!
