Really? The picture next to it in my dictionary is Biden holding a bottle of oxy.
Now that was funny.

Really, you thought it needed explaining? You realise that makes it less funny, not more, right? Before you delve into the realm of irony, you first have to scratch the surface.
I'll bet a bunch from here will be firing them off.
Actually, some of us simply read the newspaper, form our own opinions, and discuss them. And if you want to accuse anyone of spewing talking points, don't leave out Tea Party people!
I can discuss just about anything with a well-informed moderate, and I am likely to learn something in the process. But there is no discussing anything with an ideologue who has memorized talking points, and I cannot see how this would be more effective when the ideology is liberal rather than conservative. You have to know the issues well enough to actually engage in a discussion, regardless of your ideology. Also, you aren't going to be able to support either the President or the GOP in every instance, if you are forming authentic opinions rather than spewing talking points.
This is just such an example of my not being able to support the President, or at least his advisors - LOL!

Ugh. I can understand wanting to fight smears, but I hope they source more neutral parties rather then just claim stuff on their own, otherwise it is pretty pointless.

So...basically it's how the GOP simultaneously runs their campaigns and then accuses the Democrats of doing it?

So... You don't like Chicago-style politics unless your side does it? Your psuedo-sig seems at odds with the rest of your post.
