Reps: 79,714,207,453,468,528 (power: 0) | | | Started the process of closing Guantanamo (the issue holding him up is where to put the remaining detainees - in the end you know the American people aren't going to allow him to hold them in the U.S). He significantly removed the amount of detainees and the torture aspect (significantly better than opening or letting it continue to the same degree that it did). |

Obama has done more to improve America's reputation in the rest of the world than any President for years. And when I say "regular" I don't mean the ultra political fundamentalists, I mean the average folk who aren't bound by partisanship. |
