I do believe. Prayer has helped me; sometimes by a clear answer from God, sometimes more complicated. Anyway, it always releases pressure. Here is one example of a prayer I use (most often after praying Lord's Prayer):
Our heavenly Father,
I thank You for everything You've given me today and what You will give me in the future.
I confess to You my sins and ask for forgiveness in the name of Your Son, my Messiah Jesus Christ.
I ask You [whatever I've got to ask].
I fully trust myself and my life to You.
You know the best what is good for me.
Please bless me and my neighbors, who I love as myself.

Prayer is powerful, I beilive Me i never thought that to day at this time i will be in this earth breathing , This God we serve is awesome his hand reach we can not reach by own hand there are so many things that has prevented us from knowingly and uknowingly indeed its a mighty worrior there is no oher God than him. LORD we thank you for sharing your bllod so hat we may know you better.
