Greetings all of you my brothers and sisters in Christ, peace and love be to all of you. Today, I realized that I must change food routine and that calls for less rice/ carbos and cholesterol rich foods but more on the side dishes (proteins rich ones, and fruits and veggies). No wonder why I am not well enough to handle my own. ALSO, This calls for a daily 25-minute fat-exorcising exercise.

I hope you're able to improve your health this way. I also have a lot of health issues. I find that walking somewhere (instead of driving or riding the bus) helps me a lot.
God Bless,
C J

20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.(Galatians 2:20)

If you have trouble motivating yourself to workout just listen to some good music while you do it, I find that you're able to separate your mind from the task of exercise and just get a rhythm going to the music.
Good luck and God bless.
Azure - take one of the dogs with you on your walk - the exercise will do you both good

The Nicene Creed
I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all that is seen and unseen. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father. Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father through Him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit He was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate, He suffered and was buried;
On the the third day, He rose again in fulfillment of the Scriptures ; He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father;
He will come again in glory to judge the living and dead. And His kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, Who proceeds from the Father, with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified, He has spoken through the prophets. I believe In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
I look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come.

Maybe I should do the same---although I have to admit that last night's dinner tasted mighty fine: breaded pork chops, real mashed potatoes with real butter, and maple-glazed baked beans with bacon. All washed down with ice-cold whole milk.
I have a new pact that every meal has to have some type of meat (or packed with protein like greek yogurt), otherwise I'll just eat carbs. Even if its just something little. It has made a huge difference.
And I just got done with physical therapy a few weeks ago for my knees. The plan is to get back into running (used to run 3.2 miles daily, but lost that when the knees got hurt). So now I alternate. Three minutes walking, two minutes running for a total of 30 minutes (gradually increasing as my knees allow it). Makes getting back into it a lot easier.

Nuts to you, cholesterol----take this.
Mmmm-mmmm!!!
You had my mouth watering, up to the milk. A nice glass of Cabernet would have sealed the deal. Sounds freaking delicious.
