Since comeing to Jesus about 3 months back..my addiction to porn has nearly been abolished. I cant say it is totally gone because I have caved in a couple of times. For the most part I just dont feel like it, and my mind is slowly healing itself from the deep lust and sexual obsession it once had. It feels so good to be moving in the right direction. I must say though I have caved a couple of times in pure stress..and I must keep working on that in stress that I still dont fall into it.

He's always with you, the problem is that the flesh wants fleshly things. It's very hard to deny the flesh when the urge strikes because we still live in these sin-filled bodies and we will until the day we get to heaven. You CAN fight the urge if you truly want to. Think about the consequences to your sin and decide if you really want to suffer them. I cave in too now and then. I went a few weeks not even having the slightest urge, and then it just hit me like a ton of bricks. Just ask for forgivness, repent and try hard not to do it again, that's all we can do when we stumble.

And there is lot of great stuff happening if one stops it...like your HDDs and memory cards getting more space, less cds and dvds to backup, timely sleep, more time to do stuff and lots more !!
BTW, an elder of our church told me that bad stuff like pron and masturbation won't go away that easily and praying for those addicted to it helps us stay out !
