I'd like to get some thoughts on this. The biggest fear in my life is that I'm not good enough, especially when compared to those around me, most of whom are smarter, richer, more successful, confident, and doing everything right.
It's really started to affect everything: my work, my relationships, and even my walk with Christ in some cases. I'm always consumed by a fear that the people I love will leave me or find someone better and toss me aside. Is there any way to overcome this and stop freaking out all the time?

You already know that this is a fruitless practice. There will always be those who do something better, and there will always be someone who does it worse. The person who is consumed by that outlook will not only feel inferior to the one who does better, but will also feel superior to the one who does it worse.
Either way, this is a self centered perspective. God tells us not to compare:
We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise. We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the sphere of service God himself has assigned to us, a sphere that also includes you.
2 Cor 10.12-13
When fear enters in, counter it with truth. God placed you on this earth for His purpose, and as long as you are walking with Him, you are exactly where you need to be. This has nothing to do with anyone else. It is an important choice to make, and make often, as you are already seeing the consequences of your choice to walk in fear. Put on the armor of God and choose to walk boldly. Over time, it will become habit.
You are good enough. Forget about comparing yourself to others. That is all nonsense. You are good enough. Believe in yourself and trust in God. God didn't make you so that you would have low self esteem. He made you with a specific purpose to be the very best person you can be.

Comparing is not good at all because we all are unique and wonderfully made.
