The Crucifix above the toliet

I was at the local dump one day and went to the dump shack to pay my fee. I asked to use the bathroom and hanging above the toliet was a very beautiful Crucifex. I then asked the attendent why the Crucifex was hanging above the toliet in the bathroom.

He stated that he found it in the dump awhile back, brought in in the shack and hung it in the corner on the wall.

A week later he gets a call from his supervisor. Some one complained because the Crucifex was hanging on the wall, in the corner of the dump shack. He had to take it down.

The Crucifex or Christian Cross was taken out of our local school and now it is taken out of our local dump shack.

Oh well. Do you really need a Crucifix above you when you go to the bathroom?
Also, you spelled Crucifix right in the title. Why spell it wrong in the thread?

Hello judass, your mood says your aggressive today, gee that's too bad to feel like that---I feel good. As for the Crucifix in the bathroom, I don't know, you would have to ask them.

Maybe someone called and thought it was disrespectful for a crucifix to be in the bathroom. This isn't Jesus-land, and there are people of other religions who don't believe in Jesus. If someone put a picture of a picture of a Hindu God in the bathroom wouldn't you want it removed?

Actually the Crucifix was hanging first in the corner of the shack, it was after someone complained that they moved it into the bathroom( there are only two rooms).

Personally I would not have complained if I had saw a picture of another religious emblem on the wall---I just would have thought that the person is proud of being of that religion.

Religious symbols don't belong in the bathroom.
