If not, then no you have not sinned, if you did picture having sex with her, then yep you sinned. Just about every straight guy I know checks out the ladies they find attractive, but there is a huge difference between admiring the asthetic beauty of the female form and lust.
Case in point, a woman with a proportional bod is likely to catch a guy's attention span. Now regardless of clothing or nudity once that initial attraction is made, then what you do after that is where sin can come in. If you admire her beauty and pleasing shape, then that is not lust; however, if you just think of rolling on the grass with her in a private area and fool around, then obviously you stepped into sin.
Its tough, I know, but don't give up. Just look at what your intentions are and what you ponder in you mind when you see an attractive woman. The thin line between lust and admiring beauty is definitely real, but easy to figure out.
Also take to heart that in the US we overly sexualize the female form. Go to Germany and don't be suprised you see nude people bathing at a local beach and just walking around like everyone is wearing street clothes and not even remotely worried about lust. Personally I wish the US culture didn't overly sexualize women in general, because it worses the temptation to sin and lust.

That is even worse, for gazing upon the form of your future bride will surely lead to desires of the physical nature, where the concern is one of pleasure and not procreation as the Lord intended.
If one cannot help but gaze upon comely women and feminine men then one must marry themselves off to an individual whose visage is tolerable and is of good standing. It would still be better not to gaze upon each other, for that invites the devil to ride upon your back, but better than gazing and allowing yourself to succumb to the wickedness of humanity.
