Isa 24:4 The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish. 5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
found this on the net so you dont need to check your bible
Circumcision “everlasting pact” (Genesis 17:13), Passover “perpetual institution” (Exodus 12:14), Feast of Unleavened Bread ”perpetual institution” (Exodus 12:17), Aaronite priesthood “perpetual law” (Exodus 29:9), offering to priests “perpetual ordinance” (Exodus 29:28; Leviticus 7:34-36), burnt offering “throughout your generations” (Exodus 29:42), burning of incense “perpetual” (Exodus 30:8), sin offering “throughout you generations” (Exodus 30:10), priestly washing “perpetual ordinance” (Exodus 30:21), anointing oil “throughout your generations” (Exodus 30:31), 7th day Sabbath “perpetual covenant” (Exodus 31:16-17), fire for burn offering “throughout your generations” (Leviticus 6:6), grain offering “perpetual ordinance” (Leviticus 6:15)also “perpetual statute” (Leviticus 23:14), Yom Kipper feasting “everlasting ordinance” (Leviticus 16:29), Pentecost “perpetual statute” (Leviticus 23:21), Day of Atonement “perpetual statute” (Leviticus 23:31), Feasts of Booths “perpetual statute” (Leviticus 23:41), sanctuary lights “perpetual statute” (Leviticus 24:3), Showbread “everlasting agreement” (Leviticus 24:8), secondary offerings “throughout your generations” (Numbers 15:21), Levitical service at the tabernacle “perpetual ordinance” (Numbers 18:23).
So, are we gonna argue what the word perpetual might actually mean?
My point for the word was that it primarily means continuous, not necessarily that it lasted for eternity. It was in response to the absurd idea that the weekly cycle somehow wasn't continuous or perpetual. All the references you gave for perpetual events stengthens my point, they were done continuously til they were fulfilled.

Yeah right! So now you got my point, from a biblical perspective, as you see, the word perpetual doesnt have to mean its gonna last endlessly, so the words everlasting and stuff, so if there is a fulfillment the whole agenda is stopped...
dont worry, I know what the dictionary says, the thing is you cannot always come up with the dictionary in regard to biblical matters...

Scripture shows the Sabbath will be for eternity even with God when the new earth and heavens are made, so need to check on that..

Will Sunday worship be the downfall of many Christians.
I just don't know but maybe this passages has any significance regarding the subject matter
Jesus ask in one occasion "... But when the Son of Man comes, will he find on this earth anyone with faith?"
and in the same conversation HE said "And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man."
Only few people (8) survived in the days of Noah...Will that be also the same during HIS coming, only few will be saved?
and also this verse is worth to ponder...
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

In Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
it states that those who refuse to worship the beast will be killed. Remember that during this time no one will be able to buy or sell except they worship the beast.
I think if we think of a Sunday law it presupposes that only those who keep the Sabbath are true Christians.
In Acts 4 1-5 Peter and John were arrested by the Jews because they stated that the lame man was healed through the power of Jesus. The Jews persecuted the Christians, who were ostensibly keeping the Sabbath, the reason for this they did not like the name of Jesus. Peter told them in Acts 5:9 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
Christ himself stated that many would be killed for his name...not for a day. As I have mentioned before, Christianity is about a PERSON and that person is Jesus.
Matthew 24.5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. They will say Jesus is the Christ BUT will deceive many.
To say that the downfall of Christians will be the Sunday law is not scriptural. What will Christians do when they cannot buy or sell will they worship the beast and find excuses for doing so. I believe that FAITH is the most critical component of the Christian faith. Without faith we cannot please God. Hebrews 11.6
It is going to be an interesting time to see whether the Sunday keepers will have faith and refuse to bow or if the Sabbath keepers because of pressure of finance and other things give in. Maybe it is time for us to rely on God trust him instead of repeating a lot of endless non-biblical ideas. We must always remember that an idea or an opinion is not a FACT.

So everyone will want to kill SDA's because they won't rest on Sunday? Most Adventists I have known don't have jobs on Sunday anyway.
BTW I am a non-SDA Christian who works on Sunday. All the people I worship with on Sunday mornings buy and sell on Sunday. Who exactly are all these Sunday keepers anyway?
I had a conversation with my mother yesterday... about the mark of the beast and stuff... and I told that if there is ever gonna be a sunday law it might bring me back to the SDA cause then it would turn out that an egw prophecy actually came true... but for now it seems so unlikely to me...
What I thought about yesterday, if the sabbath day was so important why didnt the new testament (starting from acts) cover the topic? why didnt Paul instruct the believers in all those foreign countries about the sabbath? Like the SDA does... I thought those new christians had probably worked ont he saturday so they probably needed advise on how to change their lifestyle and stuff... yet there is no fragment of Pauls epistles showing how to keep the sabbath in times of the new covenant?
This may come as a big shock to those looking *forward* to a "coming" anti-Christ.
However - according to 1 John 4:
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and isnow already in the world.
If you want to know who anti-Christ is - you have to look backwards, not forwards.
His identity is given in Scripture. And the *spirit* of Anti-Christ has been with us from the beginning.
