Kiss Grimm getting just a bit too grim?

Yeah, so the concept is cool, but in the content do they really need to show me someone's arm ripped off? Can't they just have the detective see it and gag and not have to show it to me? I'm probably in the minority, but since creative television is also a minority, I'm sorry to see Grimm take the direction of unnecessary gore. The creative idea that forms the foundation of their concept would hold up just fine, lose nothing by toning down the gore. I think I've had to kiss Grimm goodbye. What a shame. Again, the concept is great. Sorry to see them crossed off my list, but they're grossing me out.

I guess I'm somewhere mid stream with this show. I don't really watch horror movies so Grimm is about right for me. More than the gore is the "creepy" factor. It's scarier than what I thought it was going to be. I mean really! BUT it works for me being a former Friday night X-Files fan.

Creepy factor. That's a good way to put. But the thing is they could have made it great without the gore or the creepiness. Too bad.

I think what you're describing is the other fairytale show, "Once Upon A Time". I haven't been able to watch it much because I watch TAR, but it doesn't seem too gory or creepy.
