Hebshi said she didn't notice how many times the men went to the bathroom. "I wasn't keeping track," she said.
"I really wasn't paying attention," said Hebshi, a freelance writer, editor and stay-at-home mother of twin six-year-old boys who lives in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. "I was minding my own business — sleeping, reading, playing on my phone."
The FBI has said the three didn't know each other. One man felt ill and got up to use the restroom and another man in the same row also left his seat to go to the bathroom. The FBI said they never were inside together.
She said she was patted down and taken by car to a holding cell. A uniformed female officer eventually came in and told Hebshi to take off her clothes.
After the strip search, another officer who identified herself as a Homeland Security agent led Hebshi to another room, Hebshi said. There, a man who identified himself as an FBI agent asked her a series of questions while a female agent took notes, Hebshi said.
Hebshi said that when she asked what was going on, the male agent told her someone on the plane reported that she and the men on her row were "conducting suspicious activity."
It's a shame you can get strip searched for nothing. What has happened to our Fourth Amendment rights?

You know your party is in trouble when people ask did the rape guy win, and you have to ask which one?
The logic of the 'War on Terror' seems to be: They hate us because of our freedoms so if we get rid of our freedoms we'll be safe.

I think that sums it up.

The really disturbing part is that when flying one often eats different food and often enough that does not agree with one.
I'm going to avoid flying on 9/11, July 4th and any other significant date.
The other side that bothers me is jsut how are they a threat after the plane has landed? And just what could they be doing? Breakdown gun or weapon is assembled in far less time than an average bathroom trip. Same for anything I can think of.
I'm all for being careful, but even outright paranoia needs some thought and direction.
I always enjoyed the toilets in the trains in southern Europe which had no holding tanks and where you could watch the railway ties flash by.
It had its own kind of theraputic/hypnotic effect - I guess you had to be there to soak up the ambiance!

Guess in order to not be construed as a terrorist you need to have the loudest gas possible. Fart, fart as hard and loud as you can. In fact you need to actually frighten the other passengers with your terrible airplane food inducing flatulence. Only then will you be safe from people thinking you are a terrorist.

This is the BEST idea presented in terms of Homeland Security I have EVER heard!
People should start doing this in the TSA lines just to ensure that it is known that it will be a long flight for the other passengers too!
