Why God did not kill Satan immediately?

Why God did not kill Satan immediately?
Why did God allow Satan to do evil, to cause people fall?

Until we all see and understand what sin is, its effects, and influences, and distructive powers, we would never forgive God for doing away with Satan... Satan has to be convicted.. to be charged.. to be held accountable for what he brought upon the human race.. and recognised that the punishment is the only solution..

Matthew 25:41
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

Because God has always purposed to manifest himself in human flesh, to be expressed just as Jesus Christ expressed Him after things all are finally prepared.

Lucifer, a created being who can never die, as man also, can never die, was jealous of those purposes. When all of that was revealed and he rebelled, he was cast out. Because of the victory over him by the man Jesus, he seeks now only to destroy God's purposes summed up in Christ Jesus.

Satan can not be killed,
but why not God chained him in hell, do not allow him to roam the earth.

Fire shall consume him, and it starts from within..

Ezekiel 28:18
Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

and he is reduced to ashes..

Better question...why did God create Satan at all?

Why did Jesus have to defeat him except to reveal to us the way to overcome any spiritual enemy? Why must we overcome at all? What is at stake in any of this?
