I had a spinach and cheese "pasty" for lunch today - it's essentially spanakopita. Yum. Really sleepy though and I still have to go out to PT today, ugh, and then Liturgy tonight

Would you mind telling me how you made it (if it's easy, that is)? I have a thing for spinach lately and am looking for a variety of ways to prepare it.
Just having my breakfast coffee -nothing else I can have - till new monster is installed in my kitchen there's no milk , OJ or anything like that that needs to be kept in a fridge
