Christ Is yoga sin?

I do yoga but I am a Christian now and I am wondering if the yoga oms are sin because on this bible website

Bible.com

It has anwsers for witchcraft but this man who gives the answer says he was in bondage on yoga? (the black letters on the very bottom)

Quoted from the site "
Michael Sherif practiced mantra yoga (meditated silently on a supposedly "meaningless" sound which was really the vehicle that drew him into a "Hindu" deity or really a demon from our Christian perspective). He was in bondage to this, in combination with hatha yoga for six years. According to his testimony this was a horrible experience for him. Yoga involvement is really an exercise in a demonic activity which is portrayed as "fun" and "healthy" that can lead to demonic possession. He experienced different states of sensory consciousness which were dark and sterile until Jesus set him free. Since then he has written many articles exposing the works of darkness and New Age philosophies. You may read them at his website: www.earthharvest.org"

I do not understand because I just do yoga for flexibility and for exercise so I would like if someone could please anwser me because I am doing yoga in college.

I like doing yoga but I don't want to get Jesus mad, here is a verse that im also wondering about.

1 Cor. 6:12
"Everything is permissible for me" - but not everything is beneficial.
"Everything is permissible for me" - but I will not be mastered by anything.

I guess it means you can do what you want but you'll end up paying for it.

Galatians 6:7

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows."

I do not want to do yoga anymore if it is gonna jack me up can someone anwser please?

Anybody that tells you there is a real chance of "Demonic possession" should be laughed at. Regardless of what the topic is (No really any topic, demon worship included.)

What exile said. =D

Ok, to be honest, I would have an extraordinarily difficult time believing that ANY christian could justifiably view yoga *as exercise* as being a sin. If hindu theology and/or meditation were incorporated, then I could see some christians being against that, but engaging solely in the exercises/forms? Nah. If chanting "aum" is a concern for you (which, honestly, it shouldn't be), just don't do it, and stick to the purely physical aspect. Just don't forget your breathing! =D

no it is not. People will tell you it is a sin, but, they simply do not know better. Their exposure to radicalist religious philosophies lead them to believe in demonizing any practice that isnt what they believe to be within the christian spectrum. Demonic possession isn't real; and if it is, its usually the people who scream and shout "Demons! Demons! demons!" who have the most demons plaguing the inside of their souls for the most part. the people who harp rant and rave about demon possession imo are probably the only people who are really possessed by demons.

Thanks for the advice guys, well the only reason I was concerned about demons was ever since the Jesus and the herd of pigs

Matthew 8:31 "The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs."

Well I will keep doing yoga then, but I will keep an eye out for demon pigs rushing into rivers.

Oh, haha(let it be noted that was dripping with oozy sarcasm). lets pick on the radical christians who were screaming "demons! Demons! Witches! aaaaaah!" Coming from a Biblical point of view, demonic possession is a yes. But I'm not going to jump to demonic influence or pssession when someone forgets to pray. Thats silly and irrational. *waits for the usual onslauht of "christianity is irrational" comments and remarks*

No, I don't think christianity is inherently irrational.
