The foreigners on the board don't like the quotes from Baghdad, or the Pro-U.S rally so they are trying desperately to change the subject.. and fungle.. why do I care that you were 20 in 1970? Did that have a point, it was your first post on this thread and it was very random.

Off Topic: Barrow.. The american dollar has sunk because currency is fairly closely linked to the interest rate. Intrest rates go up and the dollar goes up. Americas intrest rates are exremely low at the moment because the economy is running very sluggish due to economic uncertainty. By keeping intrest rates low, people borrow more to spend and prop up the economy.

The Associated Press conducted a major investigation of Iraq's wartime civilian casualties, documenting the deaths of 3,240 civilians between March 20 and April 20.
That investigation, conducted in May and June, surveyed about half of Iraq's hospitals, and reported that the real number of civilian deaths was sure to be much higher.
