I keep failing God.. need advice

I have been a Christian my entire life. But through the past years I had lost God. Recently I have been working extemely hard to grow and live a life through God. I have started to go to a church all by myself. I love it! I met a girl there that is perfect for me. God has constantly shown me that he is here for me. But I keep going back to some of my sinful actions. I am constantly tempted and I want so bad to say no but I always eventually give in. I feel completely terrible after. I feel like God is mad at me and I have lost my chance with this girl. I want to furfill God's purpose for me. I truly want to live a life throuh Christ. But I feel like I keep taking 1 step forward and 2 back. Any inspiration or advice would be great...

Talk to the pastor of your church. It would probably help for you to get into a discipleship group or perhaps have an older believer to mentor you. Having some brothers to pray for you and help you with accountability might help you get to two steps forward one step back.... and that is progress.
