Meso Paste
My diet asks for this. I wonder is this something easily converted? Could I use something else? I cannot find it.

Hey there, not sure if you're still wondering about miso paste. I'm not sure what you mean by converting it but you may be able to find it in some health food stores, asian stores and possibly in the international section of some grocery stores.

I did find it at Safeway. Is it all they are raving about though? Expensive stuff.
