I'd say it'd only be moral if the burning was being used for a greater good. If the pages of the Koran were being burned as kindling for campfires at a camp for underprivaleged kids or to start BBQ grills to feed the homeless . . . then sure, it isn't just moral it is comendable. Just burning to be burning, wanton destruction is yucky.

“The egalitarian mania of demagogues is even more dangerous than the brutality of men in gallooned coats... Anyone who has been oppressed can get back on his feet if the oppression did not cost him his life. A man who has been equalized is physically and morally ruined." - Ernst Jünger (March 29, 1895 – February 17, 1998)
I say burn them all. Islam is a violent, destructive religion that deserves no respect. And the fact that something like burning their stupid book, or drawing comics about their pedophile prophet is enough to inspire such violence from all over the Islamic world is all the proof one needs.

This reminds me very much of the view of Christianity a few centuries ago. Seems the cycle of history repeats itself.
On a more serious note, is it just me or does there seem to be the last year alot of CHristians burning holy books, why did they run out of harry potter?
Last halloween you had one church burning the evil blasphemous holy books such as, "NKJV, NIV..." and so on...

Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace. The soul that knows it not, knows no release from little things; Knows not the livid loneliness of fear, nor mountain hights where bitter joy can hear the sound of wings. How can life grant us boon of living, compensate for dull gray ugliness and pregnant hate unless we dare the soul's dominion? Each time we make a choice, we pay with courage to behold restless day, and count it fair.
Amelia Earhart
I've been shopping around for a few Qur'ans to give a good olde burning.
Excercising your First Amendment rights is OK by me.
However I have come across a shocking fact. All Qur'ans are produced by Muslim organisations with the sole purpose of producing and distributing these godless texts. If I buy some Qur'ans I am supporting the production and distribution of more Qur'ans.
Not the ones you burn.
What should I do? Or does anyone know of good Christian organisations that produce and distribute Qur'ans?
No.
But feel encouraged to do your American freedom thing.
