It's not really theory though, it is a fact that Blood clotting is not IC, although it doens't work even nearly as well if you take bits out of it.

aah, but those aren't suddenly though. The Cambrian Explosion took place over millions of years producing the higher taxons (though no modern species) and even Punctuated Equilibrium takes place over many thousands of years. these may be geologically rapid but there is enough time to say that these things didn't happen "suddenly" in the context that "suddenly" presents an evolutionary problem.
