Hey, would you mind share your favorite Lutheran blogs?
Mine is this:
Sarcastic Lutheran

It contains some of the best contextual sermon text I have ever read. Very Lutheran, inclusive, and loving.

Most of my blogs are authors or political.

Mine

It's not old - I am a long-time Anglican blogger, but my new Lutheran blog is quite young.

in all seriousness, I'm curious about what people will recommend - I'm not very familiar with the Lutheran blogosphere.

This a qoute from this website on the subject of BAPTISM,

"We had a baptism at House for All Sinners and Saints last night. OK, so there are some weird things, some pain-in-the-ass things, some tiring things about being a pastor."

This is really disturbing to say the least. The pastor is full of tattoos and then there is the vocabulary..... I am in shock!

I didn't even know it existed until this thread.

Nadia is real life, and speaks much of what folks think, but is too politically incorrect to say. Now, as far as the above quote goes, one would need to look at it in context with everything else. Her theology is almost always spot on.

That being said, if one is offended by language, and or tatoos... HFASS is likely not the best mission church to attend, nor blog to read.

Defy Satan in times of despair. Say: "O cursed Satan, you choose a nice time to talk to me about doing and working when you know very well that I am in trouble over my sins. I will not listen to you. I will listen to Christ, who says that He came into the world to save sinners. This is the true Christ and there is none other. I can find plenty of examples for a holy life in Abraham, Isaiah, John the Baptist, Paul, and other saints. But they cannot forgive my sins. They cannot save me. They cannot procure for me everlasting life. Therefore I will not have you for my teacher, O Satan."[/SIZE]

A few off the top of my head...

Skating in the Garden in High Heels under my Alb. Pastor Joelle talks about theology, skating, cooking, and gardening

Spirit of a Liberal Obie is pretty cool, but its a liberal leaning blog, albeit with bits and pieces of the Vietnam War mixed in.

Magdalene's Egg Father A leans quite high church, a most fascinating blog

koinonia Erik is a youth minister, and has a wealth of wisdom for being so young... but his Dad is a Bishop, albeit in a different synod.

Keene’s Kwikies Pastor Larry fesses up to be an old guy... incredibly wisdom! His writing style is unique to say the least.

faithasawayoflife Pastor Chris is a professor at Luther Seminary

Some ELCA pastor blogs
Pondering Pastor
The Feral Pastor
Barefoot Pastor
