That is correct. God already had/has the answers beforehand, but He gave man the knowledge to put them into being for our benefit. None of these great inventions or cures were even remotely close to mans brains coming up with them...John 15:5 ~ I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me YE CAN DO NOTHING..and nothing means just that...NOTHING..Abiding in Him or not!!!
Tiwan just had a 6.4 earthquake with minimal damage because it was in a mountainous area.
