I find this interesting not just because of the prophecies, but rather the increasing frequency and intensity of these natural disasters. See for yourselves:
I believe that we are fast approaching the time Jesus mentioned in Matthew 24. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains.

In the Revelation, a great earthquake is a world war.

Thanks for posting this as I hadn't heard of Dr Owuor before. There are very few teachers in the church that are willing to put themselves out there and speak the word without sugar coating it.

Malawi Earthquake: I will give him credit for specifically focusing on the Lake Malawi region. Africa is a big place, and he pinpointed Malawi in particular. Now on one hand, the last big earthquake to hit that region was in 1989, so it’s not like earthquakes strike there everyday; on the other hand, according to one article, Malawi is within the most seismically active belt of the East African Rift System, so if a big earthquake were to strike somewhere in Africa, it would be Malawi. So I’m kinda on the fence about this one; Owuor predicted two earthuakes (one in Malawi and one in Texas), and that these earthquakes would take place because of what was written in Matthew 24 and Luke 21. I don’t recall any kind of massive earthquake in Texas over the past few years.
Hurricane Katrina: I don’t quite get the fulfillment in this video because he doesn’t prophecy a hurricane for New Orleans or any other region in the Gulf of Mexico; he specifically claimed that the storm would hit the Atlantic. If he had been vague concerning the region in North America that the storm would hit, then I might have viewed this as a pretty close fulfillment. But that prophecy was not about New Orleans.
Dominican Republic: This is probably one of his best prophecies. Although it hit Haiti, not DR, it was a pretty historic earthquake in that region, and nobody was expecting it.
Chile: This is another one that turned out to be the case.
Now, I would be interested in finding out how many countries Owuor visits and how many regions he predicts coming judgment. If he has only proclaimed earthquakes and judgment in select regions like Chile, DR, or Malawi, then that would be an indicator that he is receiving specific revelation. However, if this guy travels all over the world and regularly proclaims earthquakes, floods, and judgment wherever he preaches, then his prophecies become far less impressive.
I noticed in one video that a service program listed coming earthquakes in Pakistan, Germany, Uruguay, as well as floods in India. Guess we’ll have to keep an eye on those places. And I do like the fact that he's not going around preaching prosperity gospel, and that he's focused on repentence and judgment. That sounds like stuff a prophet would preach.
In Christ,
Acts6:5

I agree. Amen to that.
"...but this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 'And in the last days it shall be, G-d declares, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; yea, and on my menservants and my maidservants in those days I will pour out my Spirit; and they shall prophesy. And I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth beneath, blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke; the sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the day of the LORD comes, the great and manifest day. And it shall be that whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.'" Acts 2:16-21 and Joel 2:28-31
