For those who have not heard of Our Lady of Good Health:
Our lady of Good Health, (ஆரோக்கிய மாதா Arokia Matha in Tamil) popularly called "Our Lady of Vailankanni" is artributed to Mary, mother of Jesus in the small town of Velankanni, Tamil Nadu, India located on the shores of the Bay of Bengal. [1] A Basilica artributed to both Portuguese and Indians stands in and around the sites of three apparitions. The iconic depiction of Our Lady of Good Health is also unique since it is one of two only icons where Mother Mary is shown wearing a sari (the only other is said to have been buried by Aurangzeb).[2]
The Church is known for thousands of pilgrims from all over India to be assembled for multilingual prayers every Christmas.
So, does the RCC consider these Marian apparitions legit? I can't really think of any discussion regarding this yet, but I find that most people have never heard of Our Lady of Vilankanni.

Most people have not! That's why I brought it up so more people can learn about these apparitions. I actually remember coming across the info of the Our Lady of Good Health by accident. I still can't find any information if these apparitions were not considered a hoax, specifically by the RCC.

They are legit. I have a Crucifix from the shrine. I have a friend who lives nearby. But yeah, they are considered approved for belief. The shrine and Basilica are sanctioned.
The Lourdes of the East. Raised the the status of Basilica by Pope John XXIII on the 3rd November 1962. The directly state reason was the The apparitions of Our Lady, the Miraculous statue of Our Lady and the countless miracles.
Although lacking formal approval, an official Basilica housing the site is implicit approval. And the local ordinary has apporved. John XXIII on the riasing of it to Basilica: link
To perpetuate the memory of the event: We learn that at the illustrious church of Vailankanni within the limits of the Diocese of Tanjaore (India) the august Virgin Mary through her powerful intercession imparts to her clients health and is venerated with deep devotion. For pilgrims in large numbers approach the spot even from distant parts and participate in the sacred services especially during the Novena preceding the Nativity of the Mother of God, so much so that this shrine is not undeservedly hailed as the "Lourdes of the East". This singular zeal for the Marian veneration has been practiced from fairly ancient times.
So it can be considered "worthy of belief" through the approval of the local ordinary and the status of the shrine. There are a few ways to get that status aside from a formal proclamation. The Basilica status, without special note to the contrary, is one of them.

some people would be bothered that Mary was seen in traditional indian clothes, but i think that it shows that Our Lady is Mother to all peoples who live in Christ

Personally I see no problem with the "culture change." After all we don't know what Mary and Jesus looked like. How would a Chinese person, for example, picture Jesus if they had to? Chances are, they would probably picture him also as Chinese ethnicity.

Not sure if that helps, and apologies if it doesn't.
