Me too. I do the night prayers but I'm not a big fan of the whole morning thing (don't like morning in general) so I often skip right to breakfast and a shower. I try to at least say the Jesus prayer a few times when I first wake up though. It's such a hassle being lazy.
Somewhat oddly I find morning prayers easier to do, despite hating waking up early enough to do them and not being a morning person at all. Evening prayers end up being a 'oh I'll do them soon' at 8pm... two hours later - "Oh man, I meant to pray earlier but got distracted'... 11pm - "man, I'm really tired now, can barely stay awake. I should've prayed earlier, well missing one night can't hurt can it?"
You guys have no idea how much better it makes me feel to know I'm not the only one that struggles with daily prayers. I should so fix that.
When I do what I'm supposed to, I do morning prayers & small compline with the akathist from the HTM prayerbook, and Jesus prayer etc. I tend to keep spiritual books around me and I read them a lot - I'm rereading the teachings of Elder Epiphanios at the moment.

I always say morning prayers before I leave and evening prayers around sunset but some days it's really hard to do them. With the kids running around and everything else going on it is a struggle sometimes but it really helps if you just make it part of your routine.

I usually do the following (at times I fail to do them all.....its a human thing ).
Jordanville prayer book:
1) Morning Prayers
2) The Canon to Jesus Christ and the Theotokos
3) The Canon to the Guardian Angel
4) Akathist to the Most Holy Theotokos
5) Evening Prayers
Besides this, I try to get some reading in the Holy Scriptures (primary the Psalter), and the writings of the Fathers. Praying the Jesus Prayer is quite easy, so I imply that numerous times a day.
In IC.XC.,

O Taste and see that the Lord is Good! (Ps 33:8, LXX)
Anyone attend daily vespers/matins on a regular basis?
The only place around here that does that is the monastery and I'm never awake at that hour. Wish I could make it but my job and the kids keep me pretty busy.

I wish I could, but no Churches here do it. My parish has matins a lot, because they do the DL on a few weekdays each week (depending on the feasts) but I don't live anywhere nearby sadly.
We do Compline at 9pm on Thursday nights though.

"No matter how "right" you may be on various points, you must be diplomatic also. The first and important thing is not "rightness" at all, but Christian love and harmony. Most "crazy converts" have been "right" in the criticisms that led to their downfall; but they were lacking in Christian love and charity and so went off the deep end, needlessly alienating people around them and finally finding themselves all alone in their rightness and self-righteousness. Don't you follow them!..."
-Father Seraphim (Rose)
"Personal opinions have no role in ministry of any kind. When we represent the Church, then we ought only say and do what the Church has asked us to do. All else is wasted energy and an opportunity for sin. It is when we lapse into personal opinions, even when we dress them in the language of the Church, that conflict will arise."
- His Grace, Bp. JOSPEH
