Why don't you answer the real questions?
Why should the Italian judicial system not try and convict those people that commit crimes in Italy?
What makes Americans so special that they can commit serious crimes in a foreign country and expect to avoid dealing with the justice system of that country? Why should the decision of the legal system of the jurisdiction in which the crime was committed be ignored?
If an Italian citizen was convicted of these same crimes in the USA what would your stance be?
Do you have any answer to these questions? If not, I see no reason for you to suggest anything other than the speedy extradition of convicted criminals to Italy to serve their sentences.
