She still has the same buzzcut. She's been doing the exact same thing with her hair for decades. Buzzing it, then letting it grow out to a couple of inches before cutting it back down again.

She was *extremely* immature when she was younger. Every time she said anything it was always something really shocking and dramatic. And she doesn't seem to be that much more mature now. But what do you expect from someone who's entire life is writing and performing music? If they were immature as a young adult, then they aren't experiencing anything new to help them mature. I'm not criticizing anyone for that, I just think it's sort of interesting.

Here is an interview from this year and you can see that her hair has been buzzed again. But like always, she wears a scarf when she appears somewhere not performing.
