I'm sorry it's so hard. I know it can seem overwhelming when you start to let yourself feel if you have been bottling things up for ages. It often does seem as though it gets worse before it gets better.
But, it is a journey, and though the first steps are hard, you will get through if you keep going. God is with you, in the dark and confusion, He never lets go, even at the times we can't see Him.

My life is such a complicated mess to sort through I am so tired I could give up so easily I wish I had never let these feelings out!!
praying for you. God feels your pain, and He will be with You the entire way through these feelings. Draw close to Him, and He will heal you. It is a long, hard process, but His Word says, "Come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." there is light at the end of the tunnel, there is hope.
