You do realize that two people in a monogamous relationship do not get diseases like AIDS through sex? And as someone pointed out, worldwide the majority of people who have AIDS are straight -- so maybe it is heterosexual sex that is the deathstyle? Not to mention, you do realize that lesbians have an almost zero rate of infection of AIDS? Lesbians by far are the group that does not contract AIDS -- yet they make up roughly half of all homosexuals.
If you were really concerned about AIDS, shouldn't you be backing proposals that would encourage homosexuals (and everyone else) into monogamous relationships? Are you really so naive to think that just because they can't get married that gays are not going to have sex?
