I don't know if anyone has had this experience or not, but i don't have a lot of friends to talk to.
I have had a heavy painkiller addiction for 6 years and am now off of them for 2 months, no more withdrawels.
I get really bad headaches that won't go away. I was standing outside enjoying the night sky when i felt i should ask God through Jesus Christ a favour. I don't like to challenge God, but i am so tired of the pain.
I told God that if he healed me, i would tell everyone i can that Jesus Christ saved my soul a long time ago, and that he now gave me mercy and cured me.
I had a hard time sleeping for the last week or so. Last nighr was no exception, but i kept waking up it seemed like every few minutes and i was talking to soomeone. Nothing major, just random stuff like answering a question for my kids. I t seemed like almost everyone i knew was represented.
Around 1-30 in the morning, i could feel a stirring at the end of my bed. I wasn't afraid, my heart wasn't pounding fast. I looked to the end of my bed and there was a boy that i know, my daughter's boyfriend. Only it wasn't him. I could see all his features, he always wears a ball cap and as he was now. but he was seethrough. I don't know how else to explain. looked at him and he looked at me. Now i was thinking i was maybe half asleep so i shook my head, he was still there. I had a feeling that i should shoo him. I sat up a bit and looked closer, still there and now he's reaching out his right hand as if to touch me. I just said in a stern voice, Robbie you need to go now. He was reluctant and i told him the same thing again. After that he slowly stood up and picked up his jacket just like he always does and waled out of the room through the wall. I reached for the lighr swithch to see if he was still there and was gone.
I got up and went int the hall and looked around, no one there. i called out to my son because i know afraid my daughter gets. she woke up too and i asked if they had seen anything. no
My daughter got afraid and i asked if we should pray, she said yes and we felt at peace.
Long story short, the same thing happened in the same order about an hour later, but this time it was my son Ryan. Again not afraid , i sat up and said, Ryan, yuo don't need to be here. reluctantly after the second time he went. The rest of the night i could see stirring from the corners of my eyes, but didn't look.
This is as real to me as i am sitting here typing this now.
Does anyone know what happened?
My kids and i are saved, baptized and all that. i don't go to church much because i don't have a car right now, but as a single dad i di what i can.
I highly doubt it is withdrawal...
Maybe some one can give you some kind of explanation, but all I can say is that yes, you saw some kind of spirit[s].
I noticed you said you do not go to church because of a situation, well I hope you are still in your Bible everyday and praying a lot.
Pray about this, ask Him to reveal to you what was going on. Remember, He is in control of all things and all things don't happen without His approval. Ephesians 1:11-12, Job 2: 3 - 6

Withdrawal can last for months IMHO.

I have a friend who says he encountered a demon, and I believe him. My friend told the "entity" to depart in the name of Jesus Christ, and it fled. Another suggestion from my friend's experience is to sleep with a Bible close at hand. If this is not withdrawal induced, it could help you.
