Just that this ayah you quoted above does not refer to the 2nd coming of Jesus. It talks about the written records for those destined for Hell.

actually it's about the written records of all things mankind did both the ones who'll go to hell and heaven, and since what he said is a fact it also can mean everything is written even the return of Jesus.
