Christ Studying the Bible on the Kindle

I have the Kindle DX (the large one) and it has turned out to be a great way to study the Bible. I have several Bible translations on my Kindle and a bunch of study aids.

There is this KJV version that lets you jump to any verse in several seconds. ASIN: B002TG4P8Q

A similar technique is used in the NET Bible with all of their 60 thousand some notes. ASIN: B002V1I4I6

There are also NIV, ESV and NASB but they are not as convenient to use because you have to go to the table of contents, go to a chapter and then manually browse to a verse that you are looking for. It takes some time but definitely usable if you are not in a hurry.

I've also purchased Easton's Bible Dictionary ASIN: B001VEJ09Q

There is also a Matthew Henry Commentary for the Kindle but I have not yet purchased it.

Does anybody else have a Kindle? Do you use it for your Bible study? Please share.

I don't have a Kindle (waste of time in Australia because of publishing restrictions) but I have a Dell Axim runing Windows Mobile 5 with Pocket e-Sword and about 30 bible translations; Laridian's bible software with 5 translations and a heap of dictionaries and commentaries; Olivetree with some more; and mobipocket with whole heap of other books (complete early church fathers, books on theology, liturgy, etc). So I can do most of my study just what I carry around in my shirt pocket.

Yep. Gadgets are great. I also have the Nokia N810 internet tablet. I have decided to invest in the Kindle because the screen is much larger and it's easier on the eyes. So far, I am satisfied.
