Yes because what a nurse says in a story is indicative of a massive conspiracy to infect the world with an engineered virus. She said she felt like a guinea pig, therefore it must be true! Heck, I've said that as a joke once or twice when my mum tried out a new recipe. She must be in on some kind of conspiracy too!
If they had created this virus, they would be able to make an effective and safe vaccine very quickly. And why would they create a sub-standard vaccine when their goal is money? More effective vaccine = more people buy = more money. So the fact that the vaccine might not be that effective is an argument against your conspiracy theory. Oh no, wait, let me guess, they're going to bring out a MKII version that's more effective in order to squeeze the maximum amount out of governments, amirite?

Ignoring the British Medical Journal,which IMHO is much more prestigious than the American version, certainly isn't using common sense,or believing the BS from those who are advocating the vaccine for "financial gain"!

I will believe those trained in the medical field every day of the week before I ever take the word of those who stand to gain financially by hawking this snake oil!
