THE DREAM: I bought a new car and I drove it for a few days, but the brakes didn’t work very well on it and it didn’t have much pick up at all and there was one other thing wrong with it. So, I went back to the dealership that I used to buy cars from and I showed them this car, only I felt like I only showed them part of it. I asked them if they could sell me a car of equal value. My plan was to buy a car from them and then to return the other car to the dealership where I had purchased it and to get my money back. If I was not careful and I did not do this right, I would end up with two car payments instead of one.
Someone was helping me with this purchase. The deal was made so I asked what the payment was going to be. Evidently, someone made this deal for me without me even knowing what my payment was going to be. I think the payment was 1499. So, then I had to figure out the logistics of all of this, i.e. how to plan and manage this move from one car to the other. The newest car was on order, so I would need to drive my recently purchased car until this new one came in. And then I would need someone to take me to return the previously purchased vehicle.
Anyway, I was sitting in a waiting room at a round table with someone I assumed was a car salesman. The people in the building were all getting BBQ to eat. I even said to the salesman, “Do you know that you are all eating BBQ?” I had not eaten dinner, and it appeared that in all of these arrangements that I was not going to get dinner. The salesman left the room for a minute. I saw he had French Fries, so I took one and ate it and I told him about it when he returned.
There was another part to this dream that involved my kids. I remember one of the children being on a top bunk bed and wanting the drapes pulled. And, I remember that I went to get drinks for the kids from someone whom I felt was a pastor and his wife, who were sitting and were eating a meal. They may have also been eating BBQ as it seemed everyone in this dream was eating BBQ. The pastor did not offer me any drinks for the children, though. All he offered me was a small drink holder – the kind that has netting inside of it in order to hold the drink in place. So, I had to get the drinks from someplace else.
Then, we were in a public place that appeared to be an airport. We were expecting the arrival of my brother Dale. So, all the kids ran and hid various places, I assumed to surprise him when he arrived. I was standing in a hallway that had a mirror or something that reflected like a mirror, so I was able to look into this mirror and to see Dale walk through the gate. Then I rounded the corner and through the doorway to meet him. His hair was about shoulder length and turned under. END

Habakkuk's Second Complaint 12 O LORD, are you not from everlasting? My God, my Holy One, we will not die. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? When I read this second article in our local newspaper the second time after recording this dream and scripture, it immediately plugged in as related to this dream and scripture. I had the sense that this car payment of 1499 in the dream was related to that year, so I Googled it and it came up with about 4 or 5 significant historical events for that year. Among the events listed two events involving France, which in particularly stood out to me in reference to the mention of “French Fries” in the dream. The events were - France and Venice sign treaty against Milan (Italy) on February 9th and French king Louis XII occupies Milan (Italy) on October 6th. The date of February 9th sounded familiar to me. I thought it was around that date that President Obama declared his candidacy for the office of the president of the United States of America. “Obama declares he's running for president - CNN.com Feb 10, 2007 ... With regard to the October 6th date, the Lord led me to this article: “The War in Afghanistan is an ongoing coalition conflict which began on October 7, 2001, as the US military's Operation Enduring Freedom that was launched, with help from the British military, in response to the September 11 attacks. The UK has, since 2002, led its own military operation, Operation Herrick, as part of the same war in Afghanistan.
“The stated aim of the invasion was to find Osama bin Laden and other high-ranking Al-Qaeda members and put them on trial, to destroy the whole organization of Al-Qaeda, and to remove the Taliban regime which supported and gave safe harbor to Al-Qaeda. I know the Lord is making parallels here between this treaty of 1499, Obama’s declaration of his intention to run for president, and this article about the election in Afghanistan. He is also, I believe, making parallels between this occupation of Milan by this French king in 1499 and this occupation by US forces of Afghanistan in 2001. I am praying for further understanding, so more to come…

In the dream I bought a new car that didn’t work very well, so after just a few days I decided to go back to the dealership where I used to buy cars from and asked if they would sell me a car of “equal” value. So, I placed another car on order but decided to hold on to the present car until the new one came in. Someone else brokered this deal for me without me knowing what it was going to cost. The payment was 1499.
I read this second article about Karzai handed a second term in Afghanistan and this is what stood out to me in relation to this dream: The Obama administration said that it is prepared to work with the man, Karzai, whom it had previously criticized. I criticized this new car I had just purchased in my dream and so I decided I wanted another car. I believe the USA “bought” that election, but they are not happy with the results, so they have another plan. The article stated that “Barack Obama has been waiting for a new government in Kabul…” and in the dream, I was waiting on the newest car that I had on order. And, the article states that “About 68,000 American troops already have been ordered to report to Afghanistan by the end of the year.” This coincides with the new car that I have “on order” and that I am waiting for, as well as the above part about Obama waiting for a “new government” coincides with both the 68,000 troops on order and this “new car” on order.
I went back to the “dealership” where I used to buy cars from. I’m not sure yet who that represents, other than I believe the “equal value” has to do with a socialistic government or a communistic government. It could be references to Obama’s Chicago ties. He only showed part of the car, so he wasn’t completely honest in his dealings. He left out information. He wanted to make sure that he timed it so that there was a smooth transition between “cars,” i.e. governments and that he didn’t end up with “two” car payments. I did notice that the article talked about a “power-sharing deal” that the US and UN were trying to strike in Afghanistan between Karzai and Abdullah, but that Karzai apparently was not agreeable to. It sounds like this was not what Obama wanted anyway. He wants a “new government.” I think that carries over to the USA, as well, and perhaps to the whole world. Perhaps the USA, as well, is the “new car” that he has tried out for a “few days” and is unhappy with and so he is getting rid of us in favor of this “new government.”
Someone else brokered this deal for me. I didn’t know what the “payment” was going to be. I didn’t know the expense of human lives, I believe. I didn’t know what it was going to cost us. Though I don’t completely understand the “1499”, I do believe it does have to do with Obama, with a treaty and with an occupation of Afghanistan and with a “new government” that is “on order.”
Everyone in this “car dealership” where I was purchasing this “new government” was eating BBQ. Barbecue – roast; sear; flame. I get the impression, based upon this passage of scripture, that this is referring to these people who are planning this “New World Government” feeding on the misery of others. The passage of scripture describes these enemies of God as those who mete out violence, who are filled with injustice, who cause much destruction wherever they go, where justice never prevails and where it is, instead, perverted. These people are ruthless, impetuous, who sweep across the whole earth to seize (occupy) dwelling places not their own. They are a law unto themselves, thus they are feared and dreaded. They are like vultures (makes me think about the US ‘predators’ being used in Afghanistan and Pakistan) swooping down to devour. They deride kings and scoff at rulers. Yet, God has appointed them to execute judgment on the earth.
Then, there was the part of the dream where I went to get drinks for the children. I went to ask a pastor. All he offered was a cup holder with netting inside. The article mentions “David Axelrod” who is a “Senior Obama adviser.” David, in the Bible, was a shepherd before he became a king. A shepherd is a term for “pastor.” And a pastor often serves as an advisor, so I believe this “pastor” is this David Axelrod. Obama went to him to get drinks for the children. V. 13 speaks of the wicked who “swallow up those more righteous than themselves.” I get the impression that the “drinks” have to do with religious persecution, in particularly against Christians. V. 15 states that the “wicked foe pulls all of them up with hooks and catches them in his net.” This “pastor/advisor” of Obama’s offered a “net” to hold the “drinks”. And, he then sacrifices to his “net.” And, he enjoys the choicest food. I truly believe this is talking about this Beast of Revelation as this “net” that will capture, persecute and kill true believers in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, in the dream, we were expecting the arrival of my brother, Dale. Dale means vale, gorge, dell, basin, valley, chasm, gulf, abyss, deep hole, etc. (Encarta). I believe this is speaking of these 3.5 years of tribulation where Satan and his rulers reign. This is the “new government” that is “on order” and that Obama is waiting on to come in before he returns the other one. General McChrystal is next in the news article and the mentioning of these 68,000 troops and his request for 40,000 more troops which Obama has been waiting to decide about based upon his wait for this “new government.” I can see Dale arrive by looking in a mirror. A mirror is a reflection, perhaps of myself (Obama) or it represents being able to see into the future or it could be both. Hillary Clinton stated that the US “will support the next president (Karzai, apparently) and the people of Afghanistan, who seek and deserve a better future.” Maybe she is speaking of another “president” who is coming through the door and who I am seeing in this mirror and this is who we are waiting on. He would thus represent, it appears, this antichrist that will rule for a time.
