Lets pretend you are all powerful. Now one day while you are walking your creation you come upon this scene. 
Now tell me how long could you allow this to continue and still be called "loving" when it would literally be nothing at all for you to save these children.

In an ectopic pregnancy, a fertilized egg has implanted outside the uterus. The egg settles in the fallopian tubes in more than 95% of ectopic pregnancies. This is why ectopic pregnancies are commonly called "tubal pregnancies." The egg can also implant in the ovary, abdomen, or the cervix, so you may see these referred to as cervical or abdominal pregnancies.
None of these areas has as much space or nurturing tissue as a uterus for a pregnancy to develop. As the fetus grows, it will eventually burst the organ that contains it. This can cause severe bleeding and endanger the mother's life. A classical ectopic pregnancy does not develop into a live birth.

As I stated before I don't know all that is on God's mind. You obviously don't either. Know that indeed God is taking everything into His account and all will be judged fairly in due time.

G-d works in mysterious ways. He surely touched the heart of another person to replace this woman in the job at Planned Parenthood. 
I wonder what this woman would do if she had an ectopic pregnancy. Would G-d touch her heart to risk her own life?
