God is interested in saving souls not worrying about strange dreams that we all have
What I wrote was not an attempt to be right at interpreting. It was a hint in a direction, for the dreamer to pursue what God might be bringing to her mind.
I firmly believe that God communicates with us all day, and that certain information needs to be delivered certain ways.
In a world with free will, there are variables that can play out. God would not shout "there will be a plague" if there was a chance we could prevent it. If we are aware of the possibility in advance, we can pray to prevent harm. Start acting on what we suspect could happen.
After Joseph interpreted the dream about the famine, he started building giant storehouses of grain. It kept the Egyptian empire afloat, and extended out to neighboring countries.
God cares about us. If we act on His leads, we can get things done more efficiently, and serve others. We can pray for others when we didn't even know they needed prayer.
For example -- last week I was reading on mushrooms used for anti-virals, to fight off the flu. Adjoining the information was research on mushrooms that helped with pox. Agarikon (Fomitopsis officinalis) was used by ancient Greeks against tuberculosis, and possibly by native Americans against smallpox.
That is why I looked up and presented the information above -- not a magic understanding of the dream, but just a reflection of the way God networks information from one person to another.
The blond aspect seems to stand out unusually for you. I am never certain about blondes in dreams, because it seems such a cultural issue. But my impression in your dream, was that everyone thought things were going well, and then suddenly someone was carried out in a casket.
Blond hair might relate to confidence, and appearance. The appearance of everything going on without flaw, like the culture makes silly stereotypes about blondes having everything going for them. Not related to realities at all -- just presumptions, jealousies from the outside or naivete.
Hair grows out of our heads -- where our thoughts reside and bake. Our perceived stature comes from the ideas we generate, the knowledge we show, the strength we appear to have. Hair shows a public appearance of how we present ourselves.
In your dream, the blondes were getting sick. Possibly the people who seemed to have it all together.
My mistake, it was the 19th century, not the 18th. I thought this might have meant something because I have had other dreams set in this century. I'm pretty sure it was in the US.
