Hrrm. God once pointed out to me that his daughter had a heart surgery and the good news was the heart had a zipper (a metaphor, obviously). Reminded me of a Raggedy Ann(e) and Andy ... ... show I watched as a child.
He said the good news was it could be filled up easily because of the zipper.
Also reminded me of a book I read to my children about a stuffed animal that lost part of his brain... some stuffing. They found it and could be put back in again.
