Washington State banned religious displays in the state capitol
This is what the atheist had to say: Annie Laurie Gaylor, co-president of the Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation, said she was pleased about the new rules but added that they don't go far enough.
So she's happy they ruined displays for everyone else. And they want to ruin it more. Merry Christmas indeed. |

Well, don't lose heart - this is still a tremendous victory! At no point will people experience external stimulation for holiday cheer by stepping inside the Washington State Capitol building. The importance of this victory cannot be overstated.

Thank you. This is an outgrowth from our successful campaign to destroy the moral of Christian travelers by stopping holiday decorations at SEATAC airport. Now it just looks like an airport even at the peak of the holiday season! Bwuhahahaha.

A hallow victory at best.  They still allow the annual state-sponsored holiday tree inside the Capitol rotunda.
