An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life. Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

Unfortunately many millions of people do get taken in by frightening "information" and could be led astray or controlled if someone with a personality was to "prove" ET life.
Chuck Missler did a really good study on this stuff. His basic premise is that any "alien" activity is demonic, but what I find really interesting in this seminar he hosted with a guest speaker (Mark Eastman) is how this all could POSSIBLY play in the end-time sequence of events (e.g. how the world will be deceived regarding the fact of the rapture). I say possibly because other than the Scripture where Jesus said "as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be", much of what is discussed is theoretical and conjectural. It is, nonetheless, a very informative, thought-provoking, and interesting seminar, if one is of a mind to delve into such issues.
Missler also does a really good study on the Nephilim. That is included in his study of the pre-flood time and flood of Genesis 5 and 6. He also does a study entitled "The Return of the Nephilim".

I'm inclined to agree with Chuck Missler on this one, but only time will tell.
It sure would be interesting though if this announcement were ever made. Suddenly, the deceived will come out of the woodwork and turn on us, the confused and evil believer. Then we will see who the true people of God are, and not just those along for the ride.
