Anyone who's visited Palestine will know that Christians are equal with Muslims. Persecution exists, as it does in any country in the world. But Christian Palestinians are on the whole better educated and richer than Palestinian Muslims. This exodus from the Holy Land has supposedly been going on now for thousands of years, ever since the Muslims conquered Palestine, and yet still the Christian community is present and well.

There are churches in Indonesia, UAE, Kuwait, Turkey, Malaysia. These countries have more Muslims than all the others, yet Christians are free to practice their religion in a safe environement.

The exodus of Christian from Palestine really kicked into high gear when the state of Israel was created. Can't blame them really with all the conflict that ensued as a result of it.
