Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | If anyone should be blamed for Christian persecution, it should be Hamas, Christian lead perfectly good lives in Israel. Unfortunately, some Christians in Gaza and the West Bank suffer due to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, but it is Hamas and other terrorist groups that are mostly responsible for this. So please blame them! Israel is a democratic country that guarantees rights to all its citizens. |

True, as long as you live in Israel. If you're a Christian or Muslim living in Palestine, you're given as much rights as a turkey on Thanksgiving.

Hamas was created by Israel, and the situation of the people in Gaza what ever ills Hamas has is compounded by the fact that Israel has made Gaza in to the worlds largest concentration camp. Christian lead perfectly good lives in Israel.
Thats not my experience. Israel is a democratic country that guarantees rights to all its citizens.
Democratic to whom? Certianlly not the 7,000,000 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza under Israeli control who are afforded no civil or human rights by Israel. |

Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | Its democracy extends to Israeli citizens living in Israel proper. You're right this excludes the West Bank and Gaza. However, in Israel you are free to proselytize, which is very rare in Muslim countries. There are also free elections where anyone can run regardless of religion. Israel is practically the only state that gives rights to homosexuals in the Middle East. Even in the more liberal Muslim countries, there is no religious freedom. There only is religious tolerance; if you don't step on too many toes, they are gracious enough to not harass you for your religion. |

Discluding the millions of Palestinians ethnicly cleansed from the region by Zionists and refused the right to return in direct violation of international law. in Israel you are free to proselytize
Yet Christians in Jerusalem are spit on and attacked daily. Even in the more liberal Muslim countries, there is no religious freedom.
I live in a Muslim country and have religious freedom. |

As I said, simply trying to erase Israel isn't going to happen any more than saying the US should cease to exist and give all land back to the native Americans will work. Why do you come up with a solution that you absolutely know has no chance of working? |

In other words the evidence is the exact opposite of your opinion so instead of trying to enter the adult conversation you should just stick with talking about how X thing and Y place is the seventh head of Satan. |

No you're not, but they don't follow Sharia Law strictly and they don't kill apostates (to my knowledge). The UAE is a surprisingly liberal country, far more so than the evil tyrants in Saudi Arabia next door, and they allow churches and the sale of Bibles and the wearing of crosses, so it's a very good country for Christians to live in.
