Unorthodox TheologyA forum to discuss/debate theological doctrines not accepted by mainstream evangelical Christianity (eg. Full Preterism, Unitarianism)
What is it? It is GOOD NEWS that mankind are offspring of the Father. In fact they are “cells” of his living body shaped with a head, torso, arms and legs. They cannot perish because IMMORTALTY of the spirit is a DNA heritage from the Father. As such the living spirits of men are EVERLASTING. The “everlasting gospel” is that message EXACTLY! The doctrines of men in the churches that mankind will burn in hellfire with devils are LIES. Only the sons and daughters of devils, namely their demonic “images”, will burn and cease to exist with Lucifer and Babylon! As the Father is so are His children. Our spirits have ETERNAL LIFE from conception. And the spirit is the real YOU stuck in a clay envelope. Some men have the attitude of Esau and despise their birthright!
The GOOD NEWS that men cannot perish with devils but they have inherent eternal life as spirits is on the Internet right now and is available to the whole world via cyberspace!
Revelation 14:6. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7. Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 8. And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
Isaiah 40:1. Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. 2. Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned (Lamb FIXED this on a cross about 2000 years ago, John 1:29) : for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for all her sins.
1 Timothy 4:9. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. 10. For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. 11. These things command and teach.
Matthew 24:14. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
But the Gospel story surrounds books with a finite number of pages and is not everlasting, or it would be a story you could never finish reading.
The Gospel is not merely one of many revelations; it is not merely a stage on the way of revelation; it is eternity entered into time.... Sir William Barclay

The words everlasting, forever and ever, and eternal...NEVER...appear even once, in a correctly translated Bible.
Example...the everlasting Hills....this Earth is thrown into the lake of fire, and destroyed, so those hills are not ever lasting.
It is best not to quote any human being, all human beings are flawed....Gods plan for man however is not flawed, and does not take forever with out end to achieve its finality.
Be aware that for generations now that men, especially men who read and write in English have been....programed.... by Flawed translation of the Bible....these are the last days however, and as foretold by Scripture...Knowledge is increasing.
I would have thought you knew by now that both goodnewsinc and myself believe in the ultimate salvation of all men. goodnewsinc has given a good message concerning the salvation of all and you have chosen to contend over a word rather than the message. It's sad that this happens all too much in here. Rather than showing love and support for others we are becoming unloving in thinking we need to correct every jot and tittle.
Everything we have has been given via men... including our newest literal translations, please be assured they are not entirely perfect either, and never will be...
Shalom...
goodnewsinc.. I have always enjoyed your messages...

A portion of the angel's everlasting gospel reads as follows:
†. Rev 14:7 . . Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
I think most everybody tends to think of the gospel as depicted in the first four books of the New Testament. But according to that angel, the gospel is a lot older than that. It begins with the words: "In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." (Gen 1:1-2)
So the gospel, in its most elementary form announces: 1) there is a supreme being, 2) there is a creator, 3) the cosmos is the product of intelligent design, and 4) human beings are accountable to God, and getting away with nothing— all, one by one, will be subpoenaed to appear in court and stand trial for the things they did in life.
Those elementary truths are as relevant in our day as they were in Adam's; and will still be relevant in that angel's day when the horrific events of the book of Revelation begin to unfold; and one of those events is the Great White Throne of Rev 20:11-15, in which is depicted a fiery penal colony labeled: the reservoir of liquid flame.
It's quite obvious from other portions of the New Testament that not everyone will make it to safety on the other side. Some are destined to be deep-fried alive, gnashing their teeth, and infected with worms. (Mtt 13:40-42, (Mrk 9:43-48, Jude 1:5-7, Rev 20:11-15)
NOTE: The New Testament Greek word for worms is skolex (sko'-lakes) which identifies grubs, maggots, and/or earth-worms. The worms, of course, are implied to feed upon the damned just as normal worms in life thrive on an open corpse. A worm that thrives in liquid flame is pretty amazing, but not totally unreasonable. The 4-inch Pompeii worm lives in sea water temperatures of 176 degrees— hot enough to sanitize an egg. So I guess if God could create a worm like the Pompeii, it shouldn't be too difficult for Him to create worms that like it even warmer.
Acts 12:21-23 records a Herod's death by skolex of the infectious parasitic type. The biblical record goes right to the bottom line without any details, but according to an article I read in a back issue of Biblical Archaeology Review, the Herod didn't die immediately as the Biblical narrative seems to suggest, but rather, suffered with the malady quite a while. The worms were located mostly in his privates (which may have included the prostate) and were so painful at times that the Herod couldn't even walk or conduct state business.
Unbelievers often accuse Bible Christianity of being a religion of fear. (chuckle) That's not an accusation; no, that's a statement of fact.
†. Luke 12:4-5 . . And I say to you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will show you whom you should fear: fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into Hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!
†. John 3:35-36 . . He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who disbelieves the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
Pop Quiz #1: What is the most common sin of all? Answer: lies. Everybody lies, even little children are pretty good at it.
Pop Quiz #2: Which sin is worse: a lie, a murder, promiscuity, or unbelief? The answer is: all four are equally lake-of-fire worthy.
†. Rev 21:8 . .The unbelieving, and murderers, and the sexually immoral, and all liars; shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
NOTE: the lake of fire is not a pipe dream. John actually saw it, and he also saw people being hurled into it. What John saw was something like the trailers they show in theaters of coming attractions.
†. Rev 1:1 . .The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place.
†. Rev 4:1-2 . . After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said: Come up here, and I will show you what must take place
Pop Quiz #3: What percentage of the human race is going to Hell: the minority or the majority? Answer: the majority.
†. Mtt 7:13-14 . . Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
†. Mtt 22:14 . . For many are invited, but few are chosen.
Webster's defines many as: consisting of, or amounting to, a large but indefinite number; while few is defined as: consisting of, or amounting to, only a small number; viz: not many; i.e. some, but indeterminately small in number
According to Webster's then; "few" means a small percentage, and "many" means a large percentage; viz: most.
Pop Quiz #4: Is everyone a child of the Bible's God? Answer: No, absolutely not! By default, everyone comes into the world a child of the Bible's Adam— a creature of the dust.
The liberty to identify one's self a child of the Bible's God is a special privilege conferred upon a very limited number of human beings whom God has given the right to be His kin. This privileged group all have three important features in common: 1) they've all accepted Christ as Israel's predicted Messiah, 2) they're all believers, and 3) they've all undergone a re-Genesis; viz: a miraculous, supernatural second birth.
†. John 1:12-13 . . As many as accepted Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in his name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
According to Jesus' testimony as an expert witness in all matters pertaining to the next life, second births are not optional; no, they are a must. So then, if re-Genesis were a field in an online form, it would be marked with a red asterisk.
†. John 3:3 . .Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
†. John 3:7 . . Don't be dismayed that I said you must be born again.
I have often wished, very sincerely, that universalism were true; but unfortunately, it would be necessary to derange pertinent Bible passages in order to make it work; and that I simply will not do.
†. 2Pet 3:16 . . Some of Paul's comments are hard to understand, and those who are untrained and unstable have twisted his letters around to mean something quite different from what he meant, just as they do the other parts of scripture— and the result is disaster for them.
