I like Andrews teachings as well, probably listen to his site daily.

2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.

I regard Andrew Wommack to be my spiritual father, and I agree with what he says in John 14.17. Being a Christian is about receiving a reborn human spirit. Baptism of the Holy Spirit is about receiving the Holy Spirit.
Blessings,
Benjamin

Seeing that the Holy Spirit is the "Spirit of Truth" (John 15:26; John 16:13 & 1 John 4:6) and if HE speaks to us we know that HE is truth and that HE guides us into all truth (1 Cor. 2:13 & 2 Pet. 1:21).
But, in the world of unbelievers it's not just saying that they cannot identify with HIM, it's because they don't sense HIS spirit, but HE is so active in the world, HIS acts go unnoticed by them (1 Cor. 2:14).
Be a Berean and you will see the truth or untruth. I have a question mark on him?
I don't se anything to disagree with in that section you linked to Mr. Happy. What part do you find out of place? Looks pretty orthodox to me.
As for Andrew Wommack, I like him and keep a fair few of his audio teachings to listen to on my ipod, but now and then he'll say something I'm unsure about.
It's never way out and heretical, just a difference of opinion between 2 Christians on a journey, meaning one of us is probably wrong LOL!
Just downloaded a few of his messages to listen to. Haven't heard of him before this thread. Am listening to his messages on the gifts of the Spirit, and he seems to be right on the money regarding the NECESSITY of the gifts. (references 1 Corinthians 4:20, among other passages)

Not quite. When you die, your body dies. It is not "healed". It "dies". Your spirit lives on for eternity, but your body is not "ultimately healed". It is dead.
I agree with Andrew Wommack most of the time. I agreed with everything he said here until the last paragraph.
Likewise, today, some may claim that they have the Holy Spirit because of the fact that no man can come to Jesus except through the ministry of the Holy Spirit (Jn. 6:44), but it is only through the baptism of the Holy Spirit that He actually comes and lives in the heart of the believer.
Where I disagree with this is where he says the Holy Spirit can only live in a person through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I believe the Holy Spirit comes and lives in a person when they first believe and become born again but the baptism of the Holy Spirit is seperate and comes about after the Holy Spirit is already living inside the believer.

I believe there is a hell and you won’t go there for what you do, but for what you BELIEVE. (answer: Believe on the Lord Jesus!)
God loves you, and there is nothing you can do or say about it!
I think Andrew Wommack is fab and his teachings have been so significant in really turning my life around in the past year. I must say that a lot of what he says goes against common religious teaching but having spent much time seeking and searching I think he has a real revelation from God on many things. Unfortunately what he says is often rejected by those who take one or two statements out of context. For those of you who really want a challenge, try his book "The Believer's Authority" - I have spent many hours with it and have now come to a real confidence in who I truely am in Christ, not who religion teaches me I am.
Andrew Wommack is very much a Word of Faith teacher.
Do you think God is sovereign? Wommack teaches that God has relinquished His authority to you. God no longer controls what happens on the earth, you do.
Do you think God allows sickness? Wommack says it’s always God’s will to heal.
Does God want you to be rich? Wommack teaches principles in how to obtain wealth.
Does God allow and use trials in your life. Wommack says all trials are from the Devil, never from God.
Do you believe in positive confession? Wommack does.
Word of Faith has a very different, often polar opposite, perspective on who God is and His dealing with men, compared to traditional Christianity. The WoF understanding of God effects every part of their teaching
If you don’t believe in the Word of Faith ‘gospel’ you shouldn’t be listening to WoF teachers.
If you believe the Word of Faith ‘gospel’ then I’m sure you will like Wommack’s teaching.
