I feel like I've been wandering around for awhile, but want to get some direction in my life. How does one find out their calling from God for their life?

I've been a believer my whole life. I get blessed daily, but I occasionally wonder what more I could do for the Lord. I start feeling kind of stagnant. This makes me think of the following verses (KJV):
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
John 14:13 13And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If we focus on the Lord and allow his Spirit to fill our hearts, and we live as the bible teaches us, then through faith, God will guide us on the path he has willed for us. If we ask him we shall receive.
It can sometimes be difficult. Too often I am my own stumbling block. I tend to focus on things of the world rather than God in my spare time.
I believe that you just have to rely on Him and keep listening to His calling with open ears. Christ WILL show you where you need to be in life, you just have to wait and be open to His calling! He never lets His people down! I can promise you that...

God tells you and prepares. Sometimes it's the thing you would do for free and not think its work. Seek God but, never worry because its a process and you have to be fully trained. God never sends out to do a job unless He has equipped you with everything you need and the knowledge is key but, it's on by experience and that takes time to get. Stay Blessed!
