It was started in 2001 by Dr. Erwin Loh, and Australian lawyer and minister. In 2007, he sold it to Lee Dodd, a part-time Texas Baptist minister and WEB site entrepreneur.
Lee then sold it to the present owner- Paul Kim (Dallas) in January of this year. Paul (or Pauler here on CF) also makes a business of buying and selling WEB sites.
I guess in a way, it doesn't matter if the WEB site is privately owned and/or controlled by one person. Personally, I would feel a lot happier if it was run and governed by a more established Christian entity, like Focus on the Family or the Billy Graham Ministries; it is simply too important a site to be run by one person, even if that person has a group of supporters to help him.

Isaiah 8:12-13 (NIV) "Do not call conspiracy everything that these people call conspiracy; do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it. The Lord Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, he is the one you are to fear, he is the one you are to dread."
I need the name of the person or persons that run this place with contact info. Thank you.
The Link I posted above has all the contact info.

Thats not likely, in reviewing some of the forums rules they are pretty stifling and I dont want to invite people that I know in real life to a forum that I dont have any control over, I dont want fellowship to be disrupted by admin muscle flexing when the discussions may get into deep theology on topics that people have strong emotions over, know what I mean. I feel it is my calling to create a meaningful forum where people can share ideas and discuss without fear of "moderator control" and "post clean ups" or "bans". This is not my first rodeo.
We aren't cowboys here.
The background is nice. most forums don't have much of a background. Just a dry & dull environment.
