Just because they're evaluating you that does not mean you will lose your benefits. If that event does occur then you do have recourse to challenge their decision as peacemake said. but don't assume you know what is going to happen and end up allowing that to happen by not cooperating with them.
Answer their questions and then leave it in God's hands. He will be sovereign over this, but you need to do your part by working with the system He's placed you in, not against it.
